All educators who support students with learning differences are invited to join this unique, cross-school network. Connect with peers from across the Bay Area.

The Leadership Collaborative

Connecting for Community Impact

Led by CHC and Stanford Medicine, this Collaborative units leaders from over 100 organizations who are dedicated to youth mental health.

What We Do

The Leadership Collaborative brings together key stakeholders to build a unified, community-wide spectrum of care for youth mental health—from prevention to intervention. By fostering stronger connections and aligning efforts, the Collaborative helps create a more responsive and effective system of support for teens and families.

What to Expect

  • Unite organizations, providers, and funders to build a seamless continuum of care
  • Align resources and strategies to support youth mental health—from prevention to crisis response
  • Strengthen cross-sector partnerships to share resources and reduce service gaps
  • Collaborate to address complex community challenges with coordinated action
  • Mobilize support and expertise to better serve teens and families when it matters most

School Heads Collaborative

For Leaders of Specialized Schools Supporting Neurodiverse Learners

This CHC-facilitated group brings together Heads of Schools who lead specialized programs across the Bay Area. United by a shared commitment to supporting neurodiverse students, the Collaborative provides a space for connection, collaboration, and peer learning.

What to Expect

  • Quarterly meetings to share resources, challenges, and solutions
  • A supportive network of leaders facing similar opportunities and obstacles
  • Discussions focused on small school operations, innovative instruction, and student-centered models
