At CHC, we believe that real change happens when we work together and that supporting children, teens, and young adults with mental health and learning challenges is a community effort. That’s why we work in partnership with other nonprofits, healthcare providers, and local organizations to:
These partnerships take many forms—some are long-term collaborations with shared goals, while others are short-term efforts focused on a specific issue or moment in time. What they all have in common is a shared commitment to making a difference.
CHC and Stanford partner in various ways. One example is our Leadership Collaborative in which we bring together leaders from across the Bay Area to elevate community needs focused on youth mental health. This ongoing partnership provides a forum to elevate community needs and foster a culture of collaboration.
We’re always looking to build meaningful partnerships that support local youth and families. Whether you’re a school, nonprofit, clinic, or community-based organization, we’d love to explore how we can work together.
