Nancy Lambert,

MBA

Director, Schwab Learning Center

Nancy Lambert joined the Schwab Learning Center (SLC) in 2017 and currently serves as Director. Over the years, she has led efforts in marketing, outreach, and program development, always with a focus on expanding access and impact. As both a professional and a parent of three young adults—one with learning differences—Nancy brings more than 20 years of advocacy experience for individuals with LD/ADHD. She draws on this perspective when consulting with families and guiding students toward the resources they need to thrive.

As Director, Nancy works closely with referral partners in the community and across Stanford’s campus to ensure students can easily connect with the SLC. She is especially passionate about helping young adults with learner variability discover their strengths and talents, and she believes the SLC’s collaborative, team-based approach is key to maximizing potential in school, the workplace, and beyond.

Before joining the SLC, Nancy held roles in marketing, logistics, and strategic planning at Sun Microsystems, Inc. (now Oracle Corp.). She has also held leadership positions in the community, including at Menlo School, the Common Ground Speaker Series, the Duke University Northern California alumni board, and the Peninsula Women’s Forum.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys playing tennis, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
