Suzanne is a licensed marriage and family therapist and associate professional clinical counselor. She has experience treating youth and families in community mental health and crisis settings. She received her clinical training at the Riverside County Department of Behavioral Health through The Lehman Center, where she provided therapy services to children, adolescents, and families. She subsequently worked for three years at Loma Linda Behavioral Medicine Center, focusing on youth and families navigating suicidality, self-harm, and other acute safety concerns. She has since gained further experience working in a group practice treating diverse client populations.

Through these roles, Suzanne has developed clinical expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, learning differences, and in delivering family-based treatment. She draws on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and client-centered approaches. Suzanne prioritizes building a strong, collaborative relationship with each child and family to make therapy enjoyable as well as productive.
