Learning Specialist Sessions

Unlock Your Potential with the Right Support

At CHC’s Schwab Learning Center, we help high school students, college students, and professionals with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges develop strategies that work for them. Instead of seeing learning differences as obstacles, we focus on practical tools to enhance performance and build confidence. Whether you have a diagnosis or suspect a learning difference, the SLC is here to help you discover your strengths and succeed on your own terms.

We All Learn in a Variety of Ways.

Customized Assessment Psychologist sessions will focus on:

Growing self-awareness, skills and behaviors to optimize performance in and out of the classroom

Realizing personal strengths and attributes you can employ effectively in the classroom

Developing self-advocacy skills to further accentuate your innate talent and intellectual prowess

Practicing to become an efficient user of recommended accommodations

Mastering the use of technology designed to improve reading, writing, time management, and productivity

Preparing for tests and post exam analysis

Preparing for success in adulthood after graduation to college or the workplace

Transforming your lived experience by focusing on your strengths
