One of the ways we do this is by using measurement-based care—a proven, research-backed approach that helps us personalize treatment, track progress, and make sure every client is getting exactly what they need to succeed.

We use brief questionnaires to better understand how things are going–emotionally and we can tailor care in real time.

A Better Evaluation Model

At CHC, our evaluation model is collaborative and streamlined. We offer both single and multi-disciplinary evaluations, including psychoeducational and neuropsychological, with the option to include an occupational therapist and/or speech-language pathologist.


Our team works together behind the scenes to create one cohesive evaluation and care plan. That means families don’t have to visit multiple specialists or manage disconnected reports. It’s more convenient, more connected, and more effective.

Specialized Learning and Support Services

CHC is home to some of the Bay Area’s most respected programs for students who learn differently.

Sand Hill School

A supportive learning environment for bright 2nd–8th grade students with dyslexia, ADHD, and related learning differences. Students thrive with  personalized academics, social-emotional support, and a strengths-based approach.

Esther B. Clark School

A supportive, specialized K–12 therapeutic school environment for students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them re-engage in learning and build skills for success in a mainstream setting.

The Schwab Learning Center

A specialized support service that partners with high school and college students to build executive functioning, organization, and learning strategies through one-on-one coaching—designed to complement their school or college experience.
